What if I forget the password?
To remember your password, you can click on «Remember Password» on the top right of the screen, and follow the steps we request. You will receive your password in your e-mail.
If I’m interested in a wine, do I have to buy a whole box?
Is not necessary, you can buy from one bottle until the number you need. You can buy such a varied basket as as you want, perfect for creating your wine cellar at home.
How I can see the wine list I’m buying?
To see the wines you’ve selected you can access the shopping cart through the «shopping cart» button on the menu bar at the top of the screen. Additionally, each time you add a wine to the shopping cart you are automatically directed to the basket, where you can modify the number of bottles you want and continue with the purchase process.
Do product prices include taxes?
All prices include taxes. In the shopping cart you will see the share price corresponding to the cost of the product and part of the price is taxes.
Are the shipping costs included in the price?
Shipping costs consist of a fixed amount for Peninsula 6 € (including VAT) per order, for the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands the amounts to 12.00 € (VAT included) and in Ceuta and Melilla the amount is 30 €.
What credit cards can I use?
You can use credit cards and debit cards Visa and MasterCard. Right now we can’t accept other types of cards. You also have the option of making the payment cash on delivery.
How soon will I get my order?
For the mainland, orders are delivered in an average of 24-72 working hours after confirmation. For the Balearic Islands, the delivery is done at an average of 72-96 working hours. Orders to the Canary Islands will last 6-10 days.
Can I receive the order at any place, for example in my workplace?
Of course. Upon verification of your personal data, you can modify shipment data by inserting the address to which you want to send you your order.
What happens if there is nobody in the shipping address when the order arrives?
The transit agency will try to deliver 48-72 hours (peninsula) or payment confirmation of your order. In the event that there was nobody in the shipping address, the shipping agent will contact you during the same day tried to deliver, to arrange a new delivery time for the next day.
What happens when a broken bottle or when opening a bottle noticed that wine is clearly defective arrives?

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
Yes, we also make deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Prices to these destinations include transport costs, insurance, customs clearance in origin, but not tariffs that may exist import and local taxes, these, always borne by the customer on arrival.
