Nota de Cata

  • Fase Visual: Color ámbar anaranjado claro y brillante.
  • Fase Olfativa: Nariz expresiva con matices de piel de naranja, pera y una delicada parte mineral dominada por la albariza.
  • Fase gustativa: En boca es cremoso con un equilibrio entre acidez fresca, taninos delicados y alcohol medio. El final es largo debido a la gran salinidad combinada con unos agradables taninos pulverulentos.
