  • Fase Olfativa: Ciruela madura, grosella negra y fresas dominan con gran intensidad combinadas con notas especiadas de pimienta negra, regaliz y hojas de tabaco.
  • Fase gustativa: De gran cuerpo, con un alto contenido de taninos firmes y maduros combinados con una elevada y fresca acidez. Largo potencial de envejecimiento y desarrollo de complejas notas terciarias.
