Nota de Cata

  • Fase Visual: Color granate intenso. Sin filtrar.
  • Fase Olfativa: Marcada intensidad de fruta negra madura (grosella negra, ciruela, cereza) combinada con notas herbáceas medicinales y aromas de vainilla, tostados y especias negras.
  • Fase gustativa: Paladar seco, cuerpo pleno y denso con un elevado contenido de taninos firmes que le dan estructura. Acidez elevada y fresca que favorece un buen equilibrio y un final largo y refrescante de carácter amargo.
