Nota de Cata

  • Fase Visual: Color cereza pálido. Sin filtrar
  • Fase Olfativa: Nariz intensa a base de fresas con toques de pera y notas de acetaldehído (manzana verde, almendras) combinadas con un roble bien integrado (tostados y vainilla).
  • Fase gustativa: Cuerpo medio, paladar seco y bien integrado debido a una alta acidez crujiente dando longitud y potencial de envejecimiento.
