  • Fase Olfativa: Intensidad aromática elevada con un énfasis primario en la fruta negra (zarzamora, grosella negra) combinada con tostados y especias.
  • Fase gustativa: Paladar seco, de gran cuerpo, con taninos arenosos medios y acidez fresca media que equilibra un alcohol medio. Persistente debido a su alta concentración frutal.
