Nota de Cata

  • Fase Visual: Color granate intenso. Sin filtrar.
  • Fase Olfativa: Intensidad pronunciada de bayas silvestres y notas saladas combinadas con hierbas mediterráneas, especias negras, cuero, caja de puros, cedro y tostados, notas de vainilla.
  • Fase gustativa: Paladar seco. De gran cuerpo y taninos firmes. Acidez media crujiente que refresca un alcohol alto y le da un punto extra de longitud impulsado por su carácter tánico masivo pero agradable. Notas saladas muy concentradas en el final.
